In 2006 Knox County native, Dr. Duke, returned home to practice family medicine in Knox City. Dr. Duke brings a wide range of experience in treating most illnesses and injuries and has specialized training in central line placement. Dr. Duke and wife, Amanda, reside in Knox City where they are raising two sons, Daniel and Jonah.

Dr. Shirley Barretto
Joining our medical staff in 1982, Dr. Barretto has specialized training in pediatrics and neonatology. As a family practice physician, Dr. Barretto offers a wide range of experience in treating most illnesses and injuries and is known for her excellence in patient care. Dr. Barretto has served the District as Chief of Staff for many years and acts as the medical director for the Laboratory and Radiology Departments of the Hospital as well as the Knox City Clinic. Dr. Barretto and her husband Joe reside in Knox City.

Dr. Kevin Finley
Dr. Finley joined the medical staff of Knox County Hospital District in 2000 as a family practice physician. Specializing in osteopathic manipulations, Dr. Finley provides soft manual therapy involving manipulation of the musculoskeletal system to reduce tension and improve function of the muscles, nervous system, and skeletal system. Dr. Finley’s patient and compassionate nature contribute to the success he enjoys as a physician. Dr. Finley serves as medical director for the Emergency Department, Emergency Medical Services, Munday Clinic, and Cardiac Rehab. Dr. Finley and wife, Lynn, reside in Munday where they are raising two sons, Brady and Parker.
